About This Module:
This interactive, animated learning module was produced with generous support from the Bosch Foundation, Deutsche Bank Foundation, and the Goethe-Institut Atlanta.

Democratic Values We Share contains a series of 8 animated cartoons for Lower Elementary School (Grundschule,) students. Each cartoon focuses on a specific right or core democratic value guaranteed by constitutional democracies like the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland).

Using These Materials In Your Classroom:
These animated cartoons include sound and voice, and are intended to be projected to a classroom using an LCD projector or television with sound. Many teachers assign individual animations to students during their computer lab sessions. The accompanying activity sheets can be completed as homework, in-class activities, or as culminating assessments.
